My first piece of work for a long time, and the firast piece of mynew gallery.
This took me all day, stopping only for endless cups of tea brought by my darling husband and todays episode of Doctor Who. EVERYTHING stops in this house for Doctor Who. Its the LAW.
I spent ages umming and ahhhhing over what to have in the sky above her, and after trying out god knows how many brushes and deciding it sucked I got a flash of inspiration about using a shell. And it worked!
In case the effect hasnt worked the bottom of her dress is meant to be sea spray, and thats what took most of the time. I was begining to think that it was beyond my technical skill, but eventually I made it ^^ I am very proud of it.
Of course, when you say 'Sea Witch' to alot of people they think of Ursula from Disneys version of The Little Mermaid, but I like my version better
Anyway, credits.
